SMS Console blocks a send to a number type you have not allowed
The console checks the recipient against the allowed number types in ValueText Setup and stops the send when it does not match. Before this it sent to any number type, and you found out from the undelivered report.

The dashboard is rebuilt off the old Aura version. The same data and the same number of clicks, on a layout that is easier to read at a glance.

Give one user the My Team view without changing their profile
Add a user ID to the allowlist in ValueText Setup and that person sees all messages in the console and Converse view, even while their profile sits in the restricted list. Before this, restricting a profile took the view from everyone in it, and the only way back was to unrestrict the whole profile.

Lock the Mini Chat Console after a run of outbound messages
Set a message count and a lock duration in ValueText Setup. When a user reaches the count, your opt-out content is appended to that message and the console locks for the duration you set.

Type any ChatGPT model name
The model field in ChatGPT Settings is editable, so you can point it at gpt-4, gpt-4-turbo, gpt-3.5-turbo-16k or any model your account has. Before this it was fixed to gpt-3.5-turbo and changing it needed a release from us.
