ValueText engages a limited number of third-party subprocessors to deliver our Salesforce-native messaging platform. This page lists the current authorised subprocessors, the country in which each is established, the processing activity each performs, and the date from which each has been engaged.
This list is maintained in accordance with Section 7 of our Data Processing Addendum.
| Subprocessor | Country | Processing activity | Engaged since |
|---|---|---|---|
| Twilio Inc. | United States | SMS message delivery; voice call routing and delivery | 2015 |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. | United States | WhatsApp Business message delivery; WhatsApp template approval | 2015 |
Salesforce is the platform on which our customers’ data resides under a contractual relationship between the customer and Salesforce. Salesforce is not a ValueText subprocessor in respect of customer data and is therefore not listed above. For more information on how our Salesforce-native architecture affects data processing, see Sections 4 and 6 of our Data Processing Addendum.
ValueText provides customers with at least 60 days’ prior written notice of the addition or replacement of any subprocessor processing customer personal data. Notifications are issued either by email or by updating this page.
To subscribe to notifications of subprocessor changes, email info@valuetext.io.
Customers have the right to object to the engagement of a new subprocessor on reasonable grounds related to data protection. The objection process and consequences are set out in Section 7.4 of our Data Processing Addendum.
For any questions about our subprocessors or our data processing practices, contact us at info@valuetext.io.
