Send message to Queue or Group


You can send a message to group or queue members when lead or case assign to group or queue.

A process builder action can automate this process like below.

 

Schedule SMS 

                                                                                                                                               

 

Map the respective Group or Queue Id to “Group Or Queue Id” field at Message Bucket object. By default it will pick up Mobile Number field at the USER Level.

Limitation:

  • 10 deep levels of group users will be extracted from this process. Let’s say you have group with sub group with sub sub group like 10 deep levels.
