To add a chat console to the record detail page.
1. Click on your most-used application, e.g., Sales from the App Launcher.
2 Go to the Contacts tab (or the desired object, such as Leads, where you want to place the mini-chat console).
3. Click on any contact’s name to open the record detail page.
4. On the contact record page, click the gear icon (⚙️) at the top right corner.
5. Select Edit Page from the dropdown.
6. In the Lightning App Builder, find the desired section where you want to add the component.
7. From the left sidebar, drag the Custom component onto the page.
8. Choose ChatWindowWhatsAppAndSMS from the dropdown list.
9. Click Save at the top right corner.
10. If needed, click Activate and assign the page to relevant apps and profiles.
11. Preview the changes, then click Publish.
