To add a chat console to the record detail page navigate to setup page > and search “Lighting App Builder” in the quick find box and open it > choose the page that you want to add the chat console, and click on edit. 

1. Select and drag the custom component “ChatWindowWhatsAppAndSMS” place at the required position on the record page as shown below.
