Assign ValueText Permission Set to Users

Installing the ValueText package creates two permission sets: ValueText User and ValueText User (Template editor). Assign both to any user who sends messages. Reserve the Template editor set for users who also create or edit templates.

Open the user record

Go to Setup, search for User in the Quick Find box, and click Users.

  1. Choose the user. Select the user you want to assign a license to.

Assign the permission sets

  1. Open Permission Set Assignments. Click Permission Sets in the top section of the user record. This shows the Edit Assignments button.

  1. Edit and save. Click Edit Assignments, choose ValueText User and ValueText User (Template editor), then click Save.
