Assign ValueText License to Users

If you are using a user-based licensing app, you need to assign a license to each user manually.

Assign a license to a user

  1. In Salesforce, go to Setup and search for Installed Packages.

  2. Find the ValueText row and click Manage Licenses next to it.

  3. On the Licensed Users screen, click Add Users.

  4. In the Available Users list, check the box beside each user you want to add the license to, then click Add.

Add the ValueText User 1 permission set

Also add the ValueText User 1 permission set to these users. See Assign ValueText Permission Set to Users for the steps.
